Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate and free shipping options based on order value:

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 USD

  • Orders below $100: Flat rate of $9.95 USD (varies slightly by region)

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to follow your delivery in real time.

Customs & Duties

  • Kaverta ships orders Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

  • Please check your country’s customs policies before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, simply initiate a return request within this period.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags must still be attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, bodysuits) for hygiene reasons

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To swap an item, return it for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • You’ll receive a refund confirmation email once the process is complete.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at returns@kaverta.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Carefully pack the item and send it to the return address provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@kaverta.com within 3 days of delivery. We’ll resolve it promptly—either through a replacement or full refund.
